Early Check-in and Late Check-out is subject to additional charges. Late checkout chargeable @ Rs.300/- per hour.
It is essential to receive a Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable advance equivalent to 100% of the total requirement when making the reservations. This is non-refundable in case of cancellation or NO SHOW. Requests for change in dates or room requirements will be treated as cancellations.
Room up gradation is chargeable as per actual.
Kid below 5 years is complimentary without extra bed. Kids between 5 years to 12 years will be charged as per child policy rate of the resort and kids above 12 years kid will be charged as an extra adult charge.
If you arrive prior to 11:30 AM, you may check your luggage with front desk and enjoy our resort amenities until your room becomes available.
Your deposit will be forfeited should you check out prior to your scheduled departure date.
Parking is free of charge at the resort but at the owner’s risk. Balaut Club - Resort is not liable for any kind of vehicle damage.
The resort shall not be liable for the food and lodging of the drivers.
The resort does not engage in providing accommodation for maids or servants. However, an extra mattress for the same can be provided in the guest room on chargeable basis. A guest would also need to sign a consent form for the same.
Please remember to lock and secure all doors and windows when you’re not in your room. The resort management cannot take responsibility for any missing valuables.
Pets are allowed in your rooms & lawns/ gardens. Pets are strictly not allowed in indoor or outdoor restaurant.
The room rate and daily resort charges are subject to government-imposed fees and taxes.
INR 250 per person would be applicable for non-residential guests to enter in Balaut Club-Resort. This charge will be adjusted against the food and beverage bills. This charge is non-refundable.
Package Breakfast and Dinner will be served in the restaurant only. Guests are not allowed to consume their own liquor at resort’s public areas.
Guests can take photos and make videos from a mobile. Taking photos and make a video from a professional camera are not allowed in the resort premises. For a photo or video shoot permission, kindly speak with Resort Manager.
No drone flying or photography via drone is permitted on and over Balaut Club-Resort.
